Hot summer weather calls for cool summer drinks, but how about something that not only tastes deliciously refreshing, but is good4u, too?! Serves: 4 (8-ounce) servings | Total Time: 5 minutes GREEN TEA Cherry Lemonade

INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups cherry juice ½ cup organic lemon juice (from 3-4 medium organic lemons) ¼ cup green tea simple syrup, see recipe below 2 cups sparkling water 4 slices organic lemon, optional for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix the cherry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup until combined. Add the sparkling water and gently stir. Serve immediately over ice, if desired. Garnish with lemon slices.

GREEN TEA SIMPLE SYRUP Makes: 1 ½ cups | Prep time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS 1 cup water 5 green tea bags 1 cup Natural Grocers ® Brand Raw and Unfiltered Clover Honey INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat the water and green tea until simmering in a small saucepan, and continue to simmer gently for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and steep for 5 to 10 more minutes. Squeeze tea bags out and discard them. Add the honey and mix well. Store the syrup in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator until ready to use.
