Nutritional Support for POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION Bringing home a baby is one of the greatest joys in life. It can also be one of the most stressful. On the flipside of the excitement, love, and new baby smell are exhaustion, loneliness, and overwhelm. It’s… a lot. For some new moms, these feelings are usually a short-lived case of the “baby blues” and fade in a couple of weeks, but for others, it can morph into something serious, and is harmful for both mom and baby.
