Non-Alcoholic Kombucha Ginger Mule

INGREDIENTS ½ fresh organic lime, juiced, plus lime wedge for garnish ⅛ teaspoon grated fresh organic ginger ice cubes 1 cup ginger kombucha ¼ cup ginger beer 1 cup sparkling water

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Squeeze lime juice into a glass, add grated ginger, and stir. Add three large ice cubes. Add kombucha, ginger beer, and sparkling water and stir. Garnish with lime wedge if desired. Tip: Because they have different concentrations of ginger, different brands of ginger beer have varying degrees of flavor. For the most ginger flavor, try Maine Root Spicy Ginger Brew. For a milder flavor try Reed’s Extra Ginger Brew. Ginger People’s Bottoms Up Ginger Beer falls in the middle. You can get about four drinks per bottle of ginger beer.
