EASY GRILLING RUBS an Sauce

We’ve got three tasty options to spice up your chicken, beef, pork, or fish: sticky Southern BBQ, luscious Parmesan garlic, and a crunchy-spicy dry rub.

SOUTHERN BBQ SAUCE ¾ cup barbeque sauce of your choice ½ 14.5-ounce can Natural Grocers Brand ® Organic Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained ¼ cup Natural Grocers Brand Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons organic Worcestershire sauce PARMESAN GARLIC SAUCE ½ stick organic butter or Natural Grocers Brand Organic P ant Based Buttery Stick, melted 1 cup Natural Grocers Brand Organic Grated Parmesan Cheese, or vegan “Parm” 2 tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Parsley 1 ½ tablespoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Garlic Granules SPICY DRY RUB Natural Grocers Brand Organic Bulk: 1 tablespoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Medium Chili Powder Blend 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika 1 ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin 1 ½ teaspoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Garlic Powder 1 ½ teaspoons Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic White Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Natural Grocers Brand Bulk Organic Ground Cayenne Pepper, increase or decrease based on spice preference ½ teaspoon Ground Yellow Mustard Seed ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano ¼ teaspoon Ground Thyme Leaf

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine ingredients for each sauce or rub in a medium bowl and mix well. 2. Add to your chicken, beef, pork, or fish, and grill!
